1. Know what Fills or Drains your tank.
- Write it down.
- When schedule gets busier, increase your play or your fills.
- Know when you are filling your tank: what are you doing, with whom are you with and where you are.
- Understand also what fills your partner's tank
2. Understand balance in life.
- Follow the lead of the Holy Spirit. Put your heart where there's pressure 'fulcrum'.
- Work on your life issues in a balanced way.

3. Lead out of rest
- Schedule your break first, before your busy schedule.
- Ideas are birthed at rest.
- Ensure you sleep on the right side of the clock.
4. Find a lightning rod
- Have people to communicate with.
- Book an appointment with them.
- You may choose older people; and let the electric charge of problems be grounded.
5. Redescipline your daily devotions
- Life jounaling
- While reading scripture use the acronym (SOAP) to note down the (S)cripture that speaks to you, (O)bservations you make (A)pplication in your life (P)rayer-write down a prayer
- If you don't spend time with God, you may make permanent decisions from temporary setbacks.
